Sempoi Crispy Chicken Nuggets

3 boneless chicken breast fillet - cut into nugget sized pieces
plain flour (about 2 tbsp)

2 eggs - beaten

breadcrumbs - (use the brown color and fine grounded ones instead
of the white & flaky type - look for Anchor brand original breadcrumbs)

- season chicken with salt & pepper & plain flour
- dip the nugget into the beaten eggs & roll on breadcrumbs, make sure fully covered
and deep fry for about 3-4 minutes or until about golden brown.
